Joana Torres serves as a Paralegal for Kuznetsky Law Group, P.C., assisting with the handling Workers’ Compensation cases; communicating with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel; and setting up appointments for clients with their treating physicians and medical evaluators.  In doing so, Joana is responsible for keeping clients abreast of any new developments in their cases.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish, Joana has been assisting with the representation of injured workers in Workers’ Compensation since 2015.  In May 2014, she completed her triple major in International Studies, Political Science and Spanish, earning a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois College. As part of her experience, she studied abroad in Spain studying language, Spanish society, and culture. 

In her free time, Joana enjoyed playing the alto saxophone and looks forward to doing more traveling abroad.
