Erika Gomez is a Legal Assistant and Hearing Representative at Kuznetsky Law Group, P.C. where she is responsible for attending hearings for the firm at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), obtaining medical treatment for injured workers, coordinating office administration, and updating the firm’s caseload work.  When you call Kuznetsky Law Group, P.C., it is most often Erika’s voice you will hear as the primary contact for your needs.

Prior to joining the firm, Erika worked at a pro bono public law firm in the area of Children’s Rights. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Erika also served as a volunteer interpreter for the Teen Court Program from 2010 – 2014. Erika is currently enrolled in an ABA-approved course in Paralegal Studies as part of her pathway to law school.

In her free time, Erika competes in salsa dancing at the L.A. Summer Bachata Festival. Her hobbies include baking decorative cupcakes and hiking with her German Shepherd and Chihuahua canines, Rocky and Rosie.
